Fascias and soffits full installation

For this project we erected scaffolding around the whole property for easy access to the upper elevation.

All the old fascias, soffits and guttering was removed and replaced with maintenance free UPVC.

We installed black UPVC woodgrain fascia boards, white UPVC tongue & groove soffits and a black round gutter system.

porch fascias and cladding detail

The underside of the porch roof was lowered to allow for the height of the new fascia board and UPVC cladding was used. Black UPVC shiplap cladding was fixed to the porch gable to give the porch a complete makeover.

As with all our installations we installed, over fascia ventilation, gutter guard, eaves tray and bird guards.
